The Philippine revolution enlivens the Filipino youth to join in the New People's Army in realizing the triumph of the proctracted people's war. They were driven by the continuing crisis of the moribund semifeudal and semicolonial social system of the country perpetrated by US imperialism, through its local political minions and were compelled to do so because the revolutionary movement offers the concrete solution to this long-standing social problem.

There's no way the reactionary state can hinder the influx of fresh recruits from the ranks of the disgruntled youth to the New People's Army. As long as the ruling clique holds on to the political power, revoltuionary parents will offer their best sons and daughters to the New People's Army to participate in the armed struugle and the Filipino youth will hold the banner of victory in doing so.
