NPA comrades belonging to the Nonito Aguirre, Sr. Command - NPA Eastern Panay are ready to take the national call of the CPP of seizing the initiative to launch more and more tactical offensives against enemy forces. For its part, the CPP-Panay take on its stand to launch tactical offensives on an island-wide scale. As part of their preparation, NPA forces under the Nonito Aguirre, Sr. Command gather the masses in the area to seek for their cooperation. Regular mass gatherings are oftenly launched by NPA comrades in guerrilla zones as a venue to share revolutionary victories with masses, tackle issues of the time, gather their grievances and discuss problems confronting revolutionary work.
