Red fighters punish Philippine Army intelligence officer

February 20. Bulan -- Red fighters under the Celso Minguez Command punished a Philippine Army intelligence officer in Bulan. The ISAFP inteliigence officer is known as JAMIL BORRAS JAIMALIN/ JAM HONASAN/JAM LAGAMAYO/MAXIMO BORRAS.

Lagamayo played a big part in many cases of extra-judicial killings that happended in Bulan. One of the cases is the brutal killing of Rei Mon "Ambo" Guran, a student leader and Manny Botalon, a tricycle driver. Lagamayo actively established Barangay Intelligence Networks within and outside Bulan and is involved in illegal drugs trade.

Pebrero 20. Bulan -- Pinarusahan ng mga Pulang mandirigma sa ilalim ng Celso Minguez Command ang isang Philippine Army intelligence officer sa Bulan. Ang ISAFP intelligence officer ay kilala bilang JAMIL BORRAS JAIMALIN/ JAM HONASAN/JAM LAGAMAYO/MAXIMO BORRAS.

Malaki ang naging papel ni Lagamayo sa maraming kaso ng extra-judicial killings na naganap sa Bulan. Isa sa mga kaso ay ang brutal na pamamasalang kina Rei Mon "Ambo" Guran, isang lider-estudyante at Manny Botalon, isang drayber ng trisikel. Masigasig din si Lagamayo sa pagtatayo ng mga Barangay Intelligence Network sa loob at labas ng Bulan at imbwelto rin ito sa negosyo ng iligal na droga.
